About Us Daniel M. Paine founded Innovative Safety in October, 1996, to continue his hands-on involvement and input in construction safety practices, legislation, and new safety equipment. A significant focus of the firm’s mission centers on helping clients analyze specific job-site safety problems and developing a targeted plan and equipment schedule to minimize contractor financial exposure and maximize worker safety. Completing its service menu for the industry, the firm has also created two additional divisions – one dedicated to assisting contractors in developing new standards and legislation, and other offering assistance to construction firms on the occasion of the inevitable job-site accidents.
Mr. Paine puts his vision succinctly. “Today’s environment mandates that job-site safety simply can’t be approached on a piece-meal, “add-on-from-the-last-job” basis. To be successful and meet regulations, safety procedures and equipment specification and deployment must be analyzed and carefully planned and executed for each construction site. We think we can be the only national firm to bring that capability to the contractor – from A to Z – helping attain the most favorable insurance rating and improving bottom-line operating results .. both financial and in terms of optimum worker safety. We think our background, experience, and perspective gives Innovative Safety, LLC, an uncommon strength to do the job.”
